I used a pre-made roll of Polenta but it does not matter
Cut into 1/4 slices
2 cups grated cheese (I used vegan cheddar and mozzerella)
8 oz tomato sauce

Layer the polenta in a glass dish or lasanga tray just like you would noodles, covering each layer with the mushrooms, sauce and cheese. Put extra cheese on the top layer and sprinkle with vegan parm.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
