OH MY Gordon!!!! These are sooooo fab! I wanted to eat the whole tray but didn’t. And dehydrator update. I looked at the 4 tray at Carrot and the 9 tray. Originally was only going to buy the 4 tray. It’s really not big enough. So I didn’t get it. Instead will wait a few more weeks and buy the 9 tray. I may as well. It will be worth the money!
In the meantime. Here is the pic! I’m off to make tomorrows vitals. I am now up to 90% raw a day. Hopefully by next week up to 100%. I can’t tell you how much energy I have!!!!! And here is the link to the recipe!

Sprouting update
ok so the chickpeas I tried sprouting, never sprouted. I am figuring they are too old. These were store bought, who knows how long they were on the shelf.
right now I am sprouting mung beans, they are on day three and sprouting nicely and I started organic chickpeas last night and adzuki beans this morning. lesson learned is to buy organic bulk dried beans. the turn over is fast so they won’t be too old and when I can get there buy seeds/beans from Toronto Sprouts
Here are pictures of the chickpeas, mung beans and adzuki beans. the chickpeas are going to be turned into raw hummus. the other two another sprouted salad creation. I think I may see the beginings of little white tails on some of the chick peas, so… fingers crossed!!!
I also sprouted more quinoa, and this time left it for three days. it was start to get little shoots (I think that is what you call the leaves on sprouts), I am using them tonight in what ever I end up making
I made my first full raw meal and it didn’t involve carrots and hummus!!! Not that there is anything wrong with carrots and hummus for a meal….
I’m starting now to test out recipes for when I do the 30 Day Raw Challenge. These are the one I picked tonight.
