Happy Cinco Da Mayo!!!
I finally bought a dehydrator. Yeah ME! I’ve been playing with it ever since! For dinner I had these scrumptious things.
I made the broccoli soup again, plus the marinated bok choy (viki’s recipe) and some onion bread I made in the dehydrator (the recipe is from rawvolution). I found it a bit salty so next time will put less soy sauce.
I also started crackers tonight. They smell yummy already, as well am attempting potato chips!
There is only one thing to do when you are feeling lazy and craving easy hot food, and that is COOK !!
SO here we have Not Tuna Pate on spicy crackers I made myself …. and Not peanut butter cookies…..
Suffice it tosay I am full and happy !!

Oh all the soups so far that I’ve made. This is my FAV!
Carrot Asparagus Soup
1 cup cut up asparagus
1 cup carrot juice
2 heaping TBSP’s tahini
1 tsp cut-up onion
pinch of sea salt
in a blender, blend all ingredients till smooth. Garnish, serve!
We seem to be on the raw soup kick… this post also include a soup that janis made
Mushroom soup (raw)
1/2 c water
1/4 c almond butter
1 1/2 c mushrooms (i used portabella)
1 tbls. Liquid Aminos
pinch salt
4 tbls finely chopped mushrooms (for top)
In blender combine water and almond butter. Add mushrooms and remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Sprinkle mushrooms on top.

5 heads baby bok choy
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup nama Shoyu
4 cloves garlic
cut boy choy in half inch pieces, leaving the leaves whole
blend ingredients
mix well and serve
